These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Cuecast iPhone app ("the App", "Cuecast"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
01 License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices you own or control, in line with Apple's Standard EULA, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
You may not:
- Sell, sublicense, or rent the App or your subscription.
- Reverse engineer or modify the App.
- Use the App to violate the law or someone else's rights.
02 Subscriptions
Premium features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple through your iTunes account.
- Trial. If a free trial is offered, your subscription begins after the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown on the paywall unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Management. You can view, manage, and cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or in the App under Settings → Manage Subscription.
- Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not directly issue refunds.
Prices are shown in the App and may vary by region.
03 Your content
Scripts you write and videos you record belong to you. We do not claim any rights over them.
You are responsible for the content you create. Don't use the App to create content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful to others.
04 Account (optional)
The App is fully usable signed-out. If you sign in:
- You agree to provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for your account credentials.
- We may suspend your account if you misuse the service or violate these Terms.
05 Updates & availability
We may update the App from time to time. We may also discontinue features or the App as a whole; if we do, we will give you reasonable notice when possible.
06 Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to ship a reliable product, but we don't guarantee the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit any particular purpose.
07 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost data, or lost recordings. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the App is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
08 Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms.
09 Changes to these Terms
If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the "Last updated" date and surface a notice in the App.
